More info on Maxado Cases
Despite only being established in 1995, Maxado has quickly forged a reputation for high-quality cases with innovative features. They now manufacture thousands of cases each week.
Their success – and the popularity of their cases – is based on a number of factors.
Utilising a high-quality polypropylene material, their injection moulding process creates plastic cases that are not only lightweight but also surprisingly durable, hard-wearing, and long-lasting. Their cases are also amongst the most competitively priced in the current market.
Maxado cases can also provide a level of protection appropriate for different applications. For example, with their lightweight construction, SPI cases are perfect for presenting samples.
The Excellent Solid series, however, is considerably more robust. It utilises a unique honeycomb, double-wall structure to provide much higher levels of strength. As such, these cases are an ideal alternative to Peli™ type cases where complete water resistance is not required.
Customising Maxado cases
It is possible to customise any of the Maxado cases with bespoke foam inserts. Doing so provides numerous benefits.
This includes improving the organisation of tools or equipment inside the cases, with a dedicated recess for each item. These pockets can also be in contrasting colours (shadow-board effect) to highlight if something is missing. Similarly, varying foam colours can vastly improve presentation.
Foam inserts also provide the highest levels of protection from shock, impact and mishandling.
Maxado cases can be branded in several different ways, too.
This includes simple options, such as affixing labels or vinyl graphics to the cases’ smooth exterior surfaces. However, these surfaces are also perfect for printing via screen or digital methods. It is even possible to have photographic-quality imagery moulded into the case during manufacture through in-mould labelling.
These features and benefits mean that Maxado cases should be a strong consideration, regardless of your intended use.

All Maxado plastic cases can have logos and graphics added via screen and digital printing methods. The cases can also have integral designs added during manufacture through the in-mould labelling technique.
