Cost effective waterproof cases with specialist features and benefits
Whilst B&W cases offer all of the features and benefits you would expect from a waterproof case (and in fact some others not found on comparable options such as Peli, SKB and Nanuk), they also boast one significant advantage – their cost.
Being exceptionally competitive in terms of price points (and often being the lowest cost option when comparing similar equipment cases), B&W cases offer an excellent balance between performance and cost.
In fact, being widely used by the Dutch military and other armed forces throughout the world, B&W cases have been extensively tested to ensure an exceptional level of protection for your tools, kit and equipment.
The ultra-tough polypropylene (PP) shell also ensures durability and structural integrity, as well as making the cases operational between temperatures of -30 ° C to +80 ° C.
They are also provided with a 30 year manufacturers guarantee.
UN Approved Protective Case
Besides this high level of performance, there is another key benefit that the B&W case specifications allow for – being UN certified for hazardous goods including the transit of lithium-ion batteries.
Making use of Cirrux inserts (and / or fire retardant Plastazote) B&W cases can be supplied with the relevant certification to be used in accordance with UN regulations (UN3480 / UN3090).
This makes them a serious alternative to the Zarges battery boxes for applications of this type.
Custom B&W Case options
As well as the extensive range of features – which includes the above performance / testing, but also comfortable handles, easy to use clasps, optional quick release hinges, eyelets for padlocks, stackable patterns etc. – they are also one of the most customisable protective cases too.
In fact, the list of standard options is one of the widest of any range of waterproof cases.
This includes bezel kits for mounting electronics within the case, shoulder straps, a “ruck-sack” system, lid organisers, mesh bags, and even wall mounting plates.
This is also in addition to specialist cases for audio equipment (the Pro.Audio range), toolboxes (Tough.Cases) and even a case that acts as mobile power unit (the Energy case).
Of course, almost all of the B&W cases can be enhanced with custom foam inserts too. B&W cases with foam will not only provide an exact level of protection for your specific items (with the cushioning performance tailored precisely to their fragility) but also makes handling of your equipment easier too.
All in all, the B&W case range is a superb choice regardless of your budget, environment, industry or application.
