Inter stacking pattern cases
If your business, project, or mission requires the toughest protective containers, you can rely on Peli ISP2 cases.
The Peli ISP2 (inter-stacking pattern) cases are rotationally moulded plastic containers with a unique stacking pattern. The design helps to eliminate load movement during transit, minimising damage to the cargo and the cases themselves. ISP2 cases are widely used for transporting heavy, specialist and expensive equipment.
At GWP Protective, we can supply and modify any of the Peli-Hardigg roto mould cases. We have more than 30 years of experience adding bespoke foam inserts to cases of all types and for a wide range of applications. We take pride in not only offering the widest range of case options but also genuinely impartial advice on the best option for your requirements.
Peli ISP2 case features
As with most of Peli’s protective cases, the ISP2 range is packed full of useful features.
Inter stacking pattern (ISP)
The 10x10cm squared pattern on the bottom matches the cube pattern on the case below, literally falling and locking into place.
O-Ring seal
Equipped with a silicone sponge O-ring, ISP2 cases protect their contents from extreme weather and wet conditions.
Locks
Positive anti-shear locks prevent lid separation after impact and reduce stress on the hardware.
Pressure relief valve
ISP2 cases include manual pressure relief valves to prevent vacuum locks, ensuring cases remain easy to open.
Parting lines
Moulded-in, tongue-in-groove gasketed parting lines provide splash resistance and tight seals, even after impact.
Reinforced
Moulded-in metal inserts (catch and hinge attachment points) distribute the load to case walls to improve strength and durability.
Handles
Peli Hardigg’s patented “comfort grip” handles allow easier handling, even with fully loaded cases.
Hardware
Recessed hardware protects from damage caused by impact and ensures snag-free transit.
Sizes/compatibility
64 sizes work with standard logistics platforms, including NATO pallets, JMIC containers, 463L pallets and sea containers.
Foam inserts
You can enhance any ISP2 case with simple foam lining or fully customised foam inserts.

How do Peli ISP2 cases stack?
Peli ISP2 cases have a unique pattern moulded into the top (e.g., lid) and bottom surfaces. The 10 x 10 cm square pattern matches between the top and bottom surfaces, locking into place quickly and easily.
What sizes of Peli ISP2 cases are available?
Peli ISP2 cases are available in 64 different size options. Peli designed these sizes to maximise space efficiency across standard logistics platforms, including NATO pallets, JMIC containers, 463L pallets and sea containers.
Are Peli ISP2 cases waterproof?
With all the protection you would expect from a Hardigg roto mould case, including an O-ring seal, pressure relief valve, and IP68 rating, Peli ISP2 cases will protect any tools, equipment, or items from water and dust ingress.
What are Peli ISP2 cases used for?
Peli ISP2 cases are suited to a wide variety of applications. They are particularly popular amongst armed forces for shipping and storing mission-critical equipment and by businesses that transport very heavy, expensive, or specialist products.
What are Peli ISP2 cases made from?
ISP2 cases use Peli’s proprietary polyethylene formula, which provides an excellent balance between weight, strength, rigidity and longevity.
What is a rotationally moulded case?
Rotationally moulded cases are made through the process of rotational moulding. The plastic material is heated in a mould and then rotated to cover all the mould’s surfaces. Once cooled, the finished case is removed from the mould.
