FAQs

What sizes of divided bins are available?

Divided bins – whether manufactured from Correx® or corrugated cardboard – can be designed and manufactured to any required size. There are several other custom features you can choose, including the number of dividers, colours, print options, and more.

How many dividers/compartments can these bins have?

As with dimensions, because these picking bins are manufactured to your chosen requirements, you can also specify the number of compartments within your bins. Selecting the number of dividers lets you keep all items within a specific range or collection in a set number of bins, if required.

Are divided pick bins compatible with my existing racking?

Split picking bins can be manufactured to your exact specifications. Their bespoke nature means you can tailor them to be a perfect fit for any existing racking, shelving, or workstations you are currently using. Alternatively, they can be tailored to your product inventory or manufactured to industry standard sizes – whichever you choose.

Why should my business use divided pick bins?

Divided bins are a good choice for maximising space, whether in your warehouse racking or on a workstation within an assembly line. They can also organise your stock and parts more effectively, keeping related components or ranges together in a single outer bin whilst still segmented.

Is it possible to stack divided pick bins?

Divided pick bins are stackable, depending on the design chosen. Whilst divided parts bins are typically not suitable for stacking, it is possible to specify stacking pick bins with dividers. In fact, GWP Correx® can design and manufacture custom picking bins to meet any brief or requirement you have.
