Euro stacking container

If you supply components, parts or assemblies to the automotive, aerospace or similar manufacturing industries, Euro stacking containers should be a vital part of your supply chain packaging.

Euro stacking containers, commonly called Euro boxes, crates or even KLT, are moulded plastic containers. Standard sizes adhere to the VDA 4500 standard, including the common 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm footprints. Euro containers are commonplace in automotive packaging applications and returnable supply chains.

Whilst GWP can competitively supply empty Euro containers, the real value we can add to your business is our range of custom options. We can manufacture and supply a range of euro container dividers, optional lids, handles, and even add printed branding as required.

Please note: Whilst this product appears in the “Correx® by Corplex” section of this website, it does not use Correx® material in its manufacture. However, GWP may use Correx® or similar materials to customise this product (e.g. optional divider sets).

Benefits of Euro stacking containers

Euro stacking containers provide many benefits, influencing everything from part protection to staff efficiency, safety and productivity. However, you can also expect several additional benefits working alongside GWP.

The tough, moulded polypropylene used to manufacture stacking Euro containers provides exceptional protection for parts during transit and handling processes.

The addition of fixed or adjustable euro container dividers – manufactured to your exact specification – allows multiple parts or products within a container and further enhances protection by minimising movement during handling.

Euro container inserts can also significantly improve staff productivity, enabling much easier (and quicker) loading and unloading of parts.

Using Euro-stacking containers with dividers also improves staff safety by preventing overloading of the boxes, which can lead to excessive weight and unsafe handling.

Integral hand grips and optional handles also help manual handling by warehouse and production staff, improving safety and productivity.

Sturdy rims allow the safe stacking of fully loaded and empty euro containers, maximising storage space and reducing transport costs.

The industry standard 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm euro box sizes ensure compatibility with conveyors, pallets, warehouse racking and existing manufacturing processes.

Hinged or clip-on lids are available, further protecting contents from dust and water ingress.

The durable, reusable nature of Euro containers ensures that as well as excellent longevity, they are incredibly cost-effective over their usable lifespan.

An extensive stock holding of Euro stacking containers at GWP allows you to source the sizes you need on short lead times and at competitive prices.
