Catches

The sturdy, strong, easy-to-use catches are cleverly concealed on the back of the case/handle. This improves aesthetic appearance without compromising usability.

Ribbed design

The ribbed design on the body of the Multibag cases not only creates a unique appearance but also increases their strength and aids stacking.

Label area

Two label areas are included, either side of the handle, as the ribbed section makes adding printed branding more difficult than on some other carry cases.

Feet

Hofbauer Multibags feature integral feet, allowing the cases to stand vertically. This feature can minimise space during storage while improving usability for field staff.

Handle

The Multibag handle is integral to the case, being particularly durable and long-lasting. The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use for prolonged periods.

Internal space

The protruding design of the Multibag body maximises the internal space of the cases, allowing users to store more items within a single case.

Hinge

The living hinges (i.e. created during the moulding process) allow the cases to lie completely flat when opened, aiding packing and unpacking.

What material are Multibag cases manufactured from?

Multibag cases use high-quality Polypropylene. This material provides high strength and an attractive finish, is easy to clean and cost-effective.

What benefits does blow moulding cases provide?

Blow moulding the Multibag cases – rather than injection moulding as per most sample cases – allows for a unique double wall construction. This design, in turn, makes the cases stronger, allows them to be moulded in one piece (reducing costs) and ultimately provides more protection for their contents.

What colour Multibag cases are available?

Multibag cases are available in black and light grey/silver. You can request other colours, but these are subject to minimum order volumes.

Can I have custom foam inserts in a Multibag case?

Any Hofbauer Multibag case you source from GWP Protective can be enhanced with custom foam inserts. Being a perfect fit for your specific products or tools—as well as the case itself—provides higher levels of protection from mishandling.

Why are there only two sizes of Multibag cases?

Although the Multibag case range offers only two size options (the smaller having internal measurements of 325 x 223 x 69 mm and the larger 325 x 223 x 94 mm), the sizes work well for a number of different applications. Other Hofbauer cases—such as Xtrabag, Minibag, and Maxibag—provide a much more comprehensive range of sizes if required.

Are these cases a suitable alternative to Peli-type cases?

If your business requires a case that withstands knocks and general mishandling, the Multibag cases are a much more cost-effective alternative to the ultra-tough and durable waterproof cases. However, if you need the highest levels of protection—including from water and dust ingress—then Peli Protector™, Storm Case™, Explorer, and other hard equipment cases are a more suitable choice.
