Foam Dividers

Foam dividers provide a number of ways to significantly improve the productivity of your business.

For starters, it allows for much faster removal and packing of the outer totes (making them ideal for use on assembly lines or manufacturing environments). Similarly, they can also allow for quick visual checking of stock, ensuring operatives do not run out of parts or components (and halting production).

As with foam container inserts and removable foam trays, using dividers can also make more efficient use of space within the outer tote. By maximising the number of parts that can be safely moved at one time, it reduces the number of trips required and in turn increases efficiency.

Conversely however, it can also stop the handling containers from being overloaded. Not only can this cause damage to the contents but can also make the movement of the totes unsafe.

All of these aspects combine to make a real, tangible difference to the productivity of your staff and overall business.

With handling processes – such as moving components, parts or finished products around your factory – there is usually a focus on efficiency. And rightly so.
