What are the standard size archive boxes?

Archive boxes will typically be manufactured and supplied in 2 stock sizes that correspond to standard document / paper sizes. A4 archive boxes tend to be 380 x 278 x 280 mm (internal dimensions), whilst A3 equivalents would be 425 x 330 x 254 mm.

Can I have a custom size archive box?

GWP can manufacture custom sized archive boxes if required, although these will be subject to minimum order quantities and will likely have tooling charges as well. However, they can be a cost-effective option for mid to high volumes and specialist requirements.

Can I purchase a single / low volume of archive boxes?

As a trade supplier, GWP are not able to supply single or low volume corrugated archive boxes. For individual requirements or typical business use, we would recommend speaking with an online retailer who will be able to supply an off the shelf product. Standard corrugated cardboard archive boxes will provide relatively little protection against moisture / water. However, GWP can coat archive boxes with Liquigard water resistant coating to improve their performance in this area.
