Amy Wright, GWP Packaging Marketing Executive

Senior Marketing Executive | GWP Group

Amy, although relatively new to GWP and packaging in general, has quickly gained a significant amount of knowledge relating to the industry.

Having completed her studies, Amy undertook an apprenticeship at Swindon Council in Housing, becoming a finalist at the PPMA apprentice of the year awards. Amy then joined building society Nationwide to pursue her love of marketing, completing a second apprenticeship (Level 3 in Digital Marketing).

Following a spell at Swindon Designer Outlet, exposing her to retail packaging and merchandising, Amy went on to become Marketing Executive at IMSM – a business offering consultation for companies looking to achieve ISO quality certifications.

Amy’s varied background and capacity to quickly learn new skills and information made her a perfect fit for GWP Group, joining the business in early 2025.

When not learning more about packaging, Amy enjoys going to festivals, watching TV, reading, socialising and days out with her young family.
