Corrugated plastic trays
If you handle large volumes of products, parts, or components at your business, Correx® trays can significantly improve your efficiency.
Correx® trays are durable, lightweight containers made from corrugated plastic. Unlike moulded trays, it is possible to fabricate corrugated plastic trays to the size and strength required for specific products, storage, transit or handling processes. Correx® trays offer excellent strength-to-weight ratio and longevity compared to cardboard trays. The durable, water-resistant material allows ongoing reuse, too.
At GWP Correx®, our experts have been designing and manufacturing bespoke Correx® trays for over 25 years. We ensure your custom plastic trays are the exact size and strength you require, and offer a range of options including handles, stacking features, inserts and dividers, colours, and printing.
Please note: Correx® is a registered and/or unregistered trademark of Corplex Plastics UK Ltd, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

GWP are friendly and easy to deal with, great customer service and give quick responses/answers on via both email and over the phone. Products are good quality, quick lead times and we like that they are able to provide samples before the customer proceeds with an order.
Parris James | Buyer | Vodex Ltd

GWP provide an excellent service. Always prompt and friendly, their products are of good quality and their staff are always quick and efficient in resolving any problems that may arise. Highly recommended!
Mark Elmes | Purchasing | Kaisertech (Google review)

We previously used cardboard but needed something more robust and with better performance around water. GWP supplied us with company branded Correx boxes to transport water samples back to the lab. Lead time and price were both excellent. The team and service was quick, reliable, helpful and friendly.

FAQs
What size are Correx® trays available in?
It is possible to manufacture Correx® trays to the specific size you require for your application. Using custom-sized plastic trays means they are tailored precisely to the dimensions of your products and components, your available storage and production space, or so they work with any automated handling systems you may have.
Is it possible to add dividers and inserts to Correx® trays?
You can enhance any Correx® tray your business needs with several “dunnage” options. The range of available inserts includes foam, vacuum-formed insert trays, Correx® dividers, custom inserts, and textile dividers that protect delicate or decorative surfaces.
Are Correx® trays as strong as moulded plastic trays?
It is possible to manufacture Correx® trays that provide comparable strength to moulded plastic trays and containers. However, the benefit of using Correx® trays is their lower cost, lighter weight, and size flexibility.
What is the difference between Correx® tote boxes and Correx® trays?
Although the terms are often interchangeable, the primary difference between Correx® trays and Correx® totes is their size (specifically, their depth). Trays tend to be shallower, whilst totes, including Correx® or moulded plastic options such as Euro containers, are typically larger and deeper.
Are anti-static Correx® trays available?
You can source a wide range of stock or bespoke ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe handling trays. Options include those manufactured from Corriplast – effectively a conductive Correx® material – or Corstat® conductive fibreboard. ESD kitting trays are also available.
