Stackable parts handling trays
If you have limited storage space in your factory, warehouse or production line, plastic stacking trays can help.
Plastic stacking trays are storage and transport containers that stack securely on top of one another to maximise space. Manufactured using a combination of Correx® and moulded plastic parts, stackable trays are durable, versatile, and reusable. Integral hand holes assist manual handling, while optional dividers improve efficiency and help protect parts. Stacking trays are popular for applications including food production, manufacturing, and warehousing.
At GWP Correx®, we can design and manufacture stacking trays to your exact requirements. Our expert team of designers and technical advisers work closely with you to maximise efficiency, reusability, lifespan, and cost effectiveness.
Please note: Correx® is a registered and/or unregistered trademark of Corplex Plastics UK Ltd, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

Mark Elmes | Purchasing | Kaisertech (Google review)

We previously used cardboard but needed something more robust and with better performance around water. GWP supplied us with company branded Correx boxes to transport water samples back to the lab. Lead time and price were both excellent. The team and service was quick, reliable, helpful and friendly.
Danielle Roach | Latis Scientific

GWP are friendly and easy to deal with, great customer service and give quick responses/answers on via both email and over the phone. Products are good quality, quick lead times and we like that they are able to provide samples before the customer proceeds with an order.

FAQs
What size stacking trays are available?
Stacking trays are available in custom sizes. As such, you can specify them in the specific dimensions most suitable for your application. This flexibility covers everything from standard euro stacking tray sizes to completely bespoke dimensions tailored to your particular parts, products, or components.
How do these trays stack safely?
The moulded plastic end pieces provide a handle, stacking corners and a rigid end section to the tray. This feature not only provides stacking containers with a proven level of functionality, but the low cost of the components also makes the finished trays competitive for most budgets.
Are stacking trays available in different colours?
You can specify your industrial stacking trays in various colours. Doing so can help differentiate between products, batches, production runs and so on through using different colours for each. Alternatively, you can select a colour, with optional printing, to match your brand identity.
Are dividers compatible with stackable trays?
You can customise any stacking trays you use with a range of dunnage options. Available inserts range from simple layer pads and Correx® division sets to custom inserts incorporating Bubble-board material to prevent surface marking or scuffing to surface finishes. Alternatively, you can specify foam inserts to provide additional protection against impact and mishandling.
What are the benefits of plastic trays compared to cardboard trays?
Plastic trays offer several benefits over cardboard equivalents. These include a high degree of strength whilst remaining lightweight, not shedding fibres, being easy to clean, being resistant to water, oil, grease, and most chemicals, and providing a long lifespan over many uses.
