Corrugated cell divisions
Cardboard box dividers allow shipping of multiple items within a single outer box. They create individual cells within the pack to maximise available space and make packing and unpacking easier and more efficient.
Cardboard dividers also improve protection during shipping by preventing movement of parts and them colliding with each other. As such, they are suitable for a wide range of products – everything from glass bottles to automotive parts.
At GWP Packaging, we can manufacture your cardboard box dividers to your exact specifications. We also allow you to source your cardboard boxes with dividers already included, improving compatibility whilst simplifying your purchasing.

What our customers say...

We have been doing business with GWP for over 10 years and the entire time that I have been working at Hardware Services. We source a range of bespoke cardboard packaging for our network equipment refurbishment program. The proximity to our location is a massive positive however, even bigger is the dedicated customer service we receive from GWP.
Ben Carter | Operations Manager | Hardware Services

The pack has worked remarkably well. There was some concern that using corrugated alone would protect such a high-value and fragile item, but to date, we have had zero returns due to transit damage. GWP has done a great job.
Julie Aparicio | Graphics and Service Designer | Haberdashery

Using GWP’s expertise for this project was a no-brainer as they consistently supply our organisation with high-quality packaging solutions that meet our exact standards. Their service is outstanding—reliable, responsive, and consistently exceeding expectations. We couldn’t ask for a better packaging partner.

FAQs
What are box dividers?
Cardboard box dividers allow for the creation of multiple compartments within an outer box or packaging container. They enable faster packing and improve protection by preventing the contents from colliding with each other during handling and transportation.
What are box dividers made from?
Box dividers for single-trip applications (such as eCommerce, postal, or transit packaging) are commonly made from corrugated cardboard. However, for returnable packaging (i.e., used over multiple journeys), Correx corrugated plastic or even foam dividers are more suitable.
Are cardboard box dividers available flat or assembled?
Cardboard box dividers can be supplied flat to save transport costs and ready for assembly on site. However, you can also have divider sets supplied pre-assembled in their outer boxes, ready for packing.
How do box dividers prevent damage?
Box dividers protect items during handling or transportation by preventing movement within the outer container. Products secured within a compartment cannot collide with other products or the outer pack’s internal walls.
How can cardboard box dividers improve efficiency?
Cardboard box dividers allow for much quicker packing and unpacking of products, improving productivity. They also allow for faster stock checking, prevent overloading of the container (which can be a health and safety issue), and make efficient use of space when in storage or transit.
