Will, having gained qualifications in engineering at Brockenhurst College, initially joined GWP Protective as a Production Operative.
However, his talent and aptitude for problem-solving were quickly recognised, leading to his appointment as a Sales Estimator in 2016. After two years in this position, his skills in precision measuring and CAD design (particularly with Autodesk and AutoCAD software) saw him move into the role of Senior CAD Designer.
As such, Will now uses his knowledge, engineering background and CAD skills to create bespoke foam packaging and inserts for GWP Protective’s range of customers, including prominent businesses in demanding sectors such as defence and aerospace.
Outside of his job at GWP, Will enjoys gaming, travelling, and socialising with friends and family.
