Will began his career at GWP Protective in 2014, joining as a Production Operative after completing his engineering qualifications at Brockenhurst College. His aptitude for problem-solving and technical understanding quickly became evident, earning him a promotion to Sales Estimator in 2016.
Two years later, Will transitioned into his current role within GWP Protectives’ in-house design department as Senior CAD Designer, where he combines precision, creativity, and technical expertise to develop custom foam inserts and packaging solutions.
Using Autodesk design software, he supports a wide range of clients, including those in defence, aerospace, and medical sectors, by delivering robust, engineered protective packaging.
Outside of work, Will volunteers with the Mid Hants Railway and enjoys woodworking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
