Plastic box divider inserts
If your business ships multiple parts within your tote boxes or returnable packaging, Correx® dividers are essential.
Correx® dividers are corrugated plastic separators used to create compartments within storage or returnable transit boxes. Correx® box dividers minimise the movement of items during transit, protecting them from damage. They are available in bespoke sizes, along with custom configurations to create a set number of cells. Manufacturers typically use plastic box divider inserts to protect industrial components, finished parts or delicate items such as glassware.
At GWP Correx®, we are experienced divider set manufacturers with over 25 years of expertise. Our team and in-house manufacturing capability allows us to create Correx® corrugated plastic dividers to your exact requirements.
Please note: Correx® is a registered and/or unregistered trademark of Corplex Plastics UK Ltd, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

What our customers say...

We have stayed with GWP because the service is so good. The team is friendly, hold the items needed in stock and the pricing is competitive. We buy thousands of boxes each year, plus foam and division sets.
John Wayman | Managing Director | Bondline

GWP really helped us out. They quickly came up with a simple but very effective Correx solution. We’re very pleased with the outcome and we had quite a fun and successful team building hour putting them all together!
Paul Wilson | Project Manager | Heathrow Terminal 2

We previously used cardboard but needed something more robust and with better performance around water. Lead time and price were both excellent. The team and service was quick, reliable, helpful and friendly.

FAQs
Can Correx® dividers be manufactured to create specific cell sizes?
Your business can source custom-sized Correx® dividers that allow for any cell size to be specified. This flexibility enables you to select a cell size that offers the optimum part density and protection when used in your handling containers or transit packaging.
Will Correx® dividers fit my existing tote boxes and containers?
As with selecting specific cell sizes, you can also have dividers manufactured to fit your outer containers perfectly. There are also division sets that fit commonly used tote boxes, such as Euro containers. So, regardless of your assembly line or broader supply chain setup, you can specify Correx® divisions that are perfect for your application.
Can Correx® dividers be used in multiple layers?
It is not possible to layer Correx® dividers on their own within an outer tote container, because the parts will drop through into the cell below. However, by using layer pads between each divider set, it is possible to have multiple layers of dividers (and therefore parts, components, or products) within a single outer box or tote.
Are the dividers fixed or adjustable?
You can specify either fixed or adjustable dividers. Fixed Correx® partitions cannot be adjusted once manufactured, but this allows them to benefit from additional strength. Alternatively, adjustable dividers have slots at varying increments that let you alter the cell size. This flexibility is advantageous if parts and components may change frequently.
Do Correx® dividers protect surface finishes?
Whilst corrugated plastic boxes with dividers provide enhanced protection against mishandling, they are not always suitable for protecting from surface marking, scratches or scuffs. For applications where this is crucial (e.g. for painted or polished parts or components), it is possible to use textile dividers with foam or fabric laminates instead of Correx.
