Conductive plastic partitions
If you are looking to improve the handling of your static-sensitive parts or products, Corriplast tote dividers can make a surprisingly significant difference.
Corriplast tote dividers are conductive plastic partitions. Placed in a Euro container or similar tote box, they subdivide the interior into a series of cells. Each cell houses individual items, protecting them by preventing movement. The ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe material also protects against static damage. Using plastic totes with dividers also speeds up packing and unpacking..
At GWP Conductive, we are the largest ESD partition and tote divider set manufacturers in the UK. Offering Corriplast, Corstat®, and SSI Schaefer options, we can provide an industry-standard or a fully tailored solution for any requirement.

FAQs
Are these dividers fixed or adjustable?
With slots at 30mm increments, Corriplast divisions offer fantastic flexibility. You can arrange them to create various networks of cells to suit specific applications. However, suppose the heights and/or specifications are not perfect for your particular application. In that case, you can request these dividers in any size and configuration, as well as in a choice of materials.
What are the benefits of Corriplast material?
Manufactured from 3mm Corriplast conductive fluted Polypropylene, these conductive divisions are both robust and ESD safe. As a result, they are ideal for protecting static-sensitive items, such as electronic components. They are also suitable for use in clean room environments, as they are easy to clean and do not shed fibres.
How do divider sets prevent damage?
Divider sets provide increased protection for their contents by segmenting them within the outer container. It prevents individual items from colliding and damaging each other and minimises movement within the outer container, thereby mitigating any mishandling or impact.
Can divider sets improve efficiency?
Divider sets allow for much greater efficiency for production or warehouse staff. Using dividers makes loading multiple items into a single container easier and safer, significantly improving productivity (as staff can move more items at once). The opposite is also true – it prevents totes from being overloaded, which could lead to unsafe handling and potential health and safety issues.
Do these dividers fit common-size tote boxes?
Conductive Corriplast divisions have been carefully designed to fit the majority of standard plastic totes currently available. Compatible tote boxes include Corriplast conductive totes, Corstat® stacking totes, and the SSI Schaefer range of conductive euro containers. They are also suitable as ESD tray dividers.
