Manufactured from the high performance conductive Corriplast® material, these plastic layer pads offer a flexible and competitive solution for rigid layer separation requirements.

The use of the innovative Corriplast® material also ensures a wealth of benefits over standard corrugated cardboard layer pads. This includes improved resistance to moisture, oil, grease, and other liquids, as well as the ability to be cleaned and reused. They also offer a longer lifespan than corrugated cardboard slip sheets.

Completely ESD safe, these layer pads are available in 2 stock sizes that are a perfect fit for the Corstat® Stackable Totes.

However, if a specific size is required then please do not hesitate to get in touch, as they can be tailored / manufactured to your exact requirement.

It is also possible to include custom elements such screen-printed logos and branding, whilst fully recyclable and biodegradable options (including Corstat® coated fibreboard) are available too.

Applications for anti-static slip sheets

Typically used alongside outer containers and internal divider sets, the use of layer pads allows for multiple levels of products to be stacked within a single tote or box.

This allows for much greater part density when handling or transporting parts, components or finished products, improving the efficiency and productivity of your operations.

Larger layer pads can also be used as “slip sheets” for products stacked on pallets, helping to improve load stability (non conductive layer pads are also available for this purpose).
