Mike Poynter
Design Manager
Mike is an award-winning corrugated packaging designer. Joining GWP in 1995, he oversees the design department in his role as Design Manager.
Clirenda Deedie
Structural Packaging Designer
Clirenda joined GWP as a structural designer in 2021, bringing extensive experience from roles at SCA Packaging (now Saica) and Smurfit Kappa.
Stephen Mann
Senior Designer (Correx)
Steve is one of the senior designers at GWP, joining in 2009. Working primarily with Correx, he also has extensive experience of corrugated.
William Lamb
Computer Aided Design Technician
Will has exceptional knowledge of 3D CAD design and various materials, which he uses to engineer high-performance foam packaging.
John Elliott
Packaging Designer/Estimator
John has held numerous roles at GWP Packaging, including CAD designer and estimator, becoming an expert in corrugated packaging.
Kalon Rumens
Packaging Designer
Kalon has strong knowledge and experience of timber, heavy duty and composite packaging, and holds an MPAS certification.

Ruth is one of the founding directors of GWP. She has worked for the company since its inception as Great Western Packaging in August 1990.
