Corrugated cases
FEFCO 0201 boxes, commonly referred to as corrugated cases, are a proven, cost-effective option for your packaging.
A single piece of material with a glued, stitched or taped joint, the top and bottom flaps allow for easy assembly and closure using tape. Unlike 0427 boxes, there is no requirement (or costs) for tooling.
GWP can supply corrugated cases in bespoke sizes, minimising your void fill requirements, material usage and lowering shipping costs. Our designers can also select from various single- or double-walled materials to ensure optimal strength and performance. Additional options include print, hand holes, coatings, and inserts.

What our customers say...

We’ve been working with GWP for around eight years. They supply all our packaging and we are absolutely delighted with them. Over time our needs have changed and they always respond swiftly with exceptional service. They know what we want and when we need it, and hold stock for us, and they never let us down. We feel they really understand our business, and they work very hard on the relationship.
Mark Barnett | Operations | The Consortium

A very friendly team who are able to supply narrow width multi-point glued cardboard shelf ready cases that I’ve been unable to source elsewhere. They have provided excellent technical support on complex design projects across a wide range of finishes and materials (not just cardboard…correx and foam too).
Saffy Allen | Google review

GWP are a responsive and pro-active company who manufacture all their own packaging products. They can also adapt each delivery exactly to match what we need, and when we need it. Their design team and prototyping ability are excellent and their innovative approach to design was a significant factor in us working with them. GWP have shown us that we can rely on them and as a result we have been able to significantly reduce the amount of packaging stock we have to hold.

FAQs
What are 0201 boxes?
0201 boxes or cases are one of the most commonly used forms of packaging. They are effectively a single piece of corrugated material, with slots cut into it and a single glued, stitched, or stapled seam. The top and bottom flaps can then be closed using adhesive tapes for assembly and closure.
Can 0201 boxes be printed?
FEFCO 0201 style boxes are easy to print. Printed 0201s allow you to add simple (or complex) branding, multi-colour graphics, handling instructions, and other helpful information.
What grade of cardboard do 0201 boxes use?
The grade of corrugated material used to manufacture your corrugated cases depends on several factors. Considerations include the overall size, product weight, intended application, print requirements and budget. An experienced packaging designer can advise on the best material option for your specific application.
Are 0201 corrugated cases easy to assemble?
Corrugated cases are straightforward to assemble. Supplied flat, packing staff first fold out the box to form the four sizes, before folding over the four flaps of the base. Packing tape or similar adhesive is then used to seal the bottom of the carton. The process is repeated for the top once staff have packed the contents.
Are 0201 boxes supplied flat or assembled?
The simple one-piece design of 0201 boxes means they are usually supplied flat to minimise storage space before assembly. However, they are easy to erect, typically using an adhesive packing tape. As such, they offer the perfect balance between space saving and assembly times.
