Advantages of Rigid Plastic Component Boxes

Your brand and company perception can be critical in securing repeat sales. This is why the range of Component Boxes are fast increasing in popularity – an exceptional appearance that can be branded to enhance awareness plus protection to minimise items being damaged in storage and / or transit.
04: Options & Customisation.
Customisation of moulded plastic boxes
Besides the benefits inherent to the moulded plastic box range, there are a number of customisation options available to further enhance your packaging.
Perhaps most important (and certainly the most striking) is adding external print and branding.
This can be achieved in a number of ways. For example, it is possible to screen print simple one or two colour logos directly onto the surface of the boxes, and it is even possible to digitally print more complex designs should you wish.
At the more cost effective end of the scale, the surfaces are ideal for applying labels and vinyl graphics, which can still provide a high level of visual impact.

The other major form of customisation is to include a custom foam insert within the component boxes.
This can be manufactured using a range of techniques to be tailored specifically to your tools or parts to be kept or shipped in the boxes, or can be designed to accommodate a range of products / parts.
Finally, this foam can be specified with anti static properties for protecting sensitive electronic products or components, whilst the exterior boxes can also be ESD safe if required as well.
