Corrugated plastic tote boxes
Correx® totes are a great option if your business needs the performance of moulded plastic tote boxes, but in bespoke sizes.
Correx® totes are corrugated plastic containers used for storage, handling, and shipping. Alongside their strength, longevity and reusability, their key benefit is the option to customise their size, strength, and features. This benefit enables tailoring to specific parts, transport, or production lines. Correx® totes can also feature lids, handles, stacking features, a range of dividers and inserts and exterior printing.
At GWP Correx®, we have been manufacturing Correx® and corrugated plastic totes for over 20 years. As tote box manufacturers, our team of experts can design and manufacture your totes to your precise requirements, doing so with low MOQs, short lead times, and competitive prices.
Please note: Correx® is a registered and/or unregistered trademark of Corplex Plastics UK Ltd, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

What our customers say...

The boxes look great. We’re really pleased with how they look, and they save our logistics team a lot of time, too.
Johnnie Tate | Director and Co-Founder | Yard Sale Pizza

We have purchased a few times now, no issues and informed from the point of receiving my Purchase Order to delivering to us. Good communications, keep up the good work!
Melvin Miller | Schiedel Chimney Systems

We previously used cardboard but needed something more robust and with better performance around water. GWP supplied us with company branded Correx tote boxes to transport water samples back to the lab. Lead time and price were both excellent. The team and service was quick, reliable, helpful and friendly.

FAQs
What size Correx® tote boxes are available?
The use of Correx® to manufacture these lightweight plastic totes means you can specify them in almost any size (within reason). This size flexibility allows you to tailor them to your available storage space or products, maximise transit efficiency, or accommodate a specific number of items.
Can Correx® totes include inserts and fittings?
You can enhance any corrugated plastic tote box with various inserts. Options include Correx® division sets, layer pads, vacuum-formed trays, and engineered foam inserts. Although offering different properties and performance, any insert can help protect products during handling and transit and aid loading and unloading.
Is it safe to stack Correx® totes?
Many Correx® totes incorporate stacking corners as standard, allowing them to be safely stacked even when fully loaded. Safe stacking can help minimise storage requirements and transit costs whilst improving safety in your warehouse and for your production staff.
Are Correx® totes as robust as moulded plastic containers?
Correx® totes are available in strengths and designs that provide comparable performance and lifespan to moulded plastic Euro containers. For example, Correx® totes made from 5mm material with a double skin, cross-fluted design provide durability and strength comparable to moulded plastic options. As such, plastic corrugated tote boxes typically perform as well as moulded plastic Euro containers for most applications.
Are Correx® totes more expensive than Euro containers?
Standard, mass-produced moulded plastic totes are priced lower than custom Correx® totes (which may also incur a tooling charge). However, Correx® tote boxes are frequently the more cost-effective option in the mid to long term. Businesses see these cost savings through custom sizes improving transport efficiency, minimising storage space, and leading to more efficient handling. Besides this, Correx® totes are easy to clean, water-resistant, oil- and grease-resistant, do not react with most chemicals, and offer excellent longevity.
