More info on Corriplast® collapsible tote divisions

Created from the strong, durable and ESD safe conductive Corriplast® material, and with slots at 30mm increments, these anti-static box dividers can be arranged to create a network of cells to suit your particular application with no need for additional tooling.

The divisions are designed to fit the award winning Collapsible Totes, at sizes of 600mm x 400mm and 400mm x 300mm. They are available in 2 standard heights.

Of course, if these divisions do not perfectly suit your specific application, you can specify bespoke sizes to be manufactured in any quantity.

Why use internal dividers?

There are a number of reasons to use internal divisions for your totes, beyond the protection from static damage.

For example, by minimising the movement of parts during normal transit and handling processes, the physical protection is much improved too (the contents also do not damage each other through preventing collisions).

Besides protection however, using dividers can also improve your efficiency. They can allow for more items to be safely transported within an outer tote, boosting productivity.

Conversely, they can also prevent the tote being over-loaded, which can lead to damage and is potentially a health and safety issue (i.e. poor handling practices).

And finally, they also allow for much quicker retrieval parts from the outer tote and make it easier for quick visual stock checks.
