About Euro pallet boxes

Euro pallet boxes, or 1/1 or full Europa pallet boxes, have a standard footprint of 800 x 1200 mm. Combined with a two or four-way entry pallet, these boxes allow for efficient transit of large or multiple items.

Effectively formed with a base, sleeve and lid, Euro pallet boxes collapse flat for assembly at your warehouse or production site. Custom versions are also available fully assembled if they include various inserts, such as foam lining or corrugated fittings.

With a stitched or stapled construction and a range of material grades and strengths, your pallet boxes can withstand the rigours of your specific application. This strength and durability also means Euro pallet boxes are crush-resistant and can be safely stacked.

Besides standard 1/1 Europa pallet boxes, you can also source completely bespoke pallet boxes. Alongside the material options and the range of custom fittings and inserts, you can add printed branding, instructions and symbols to the exterior.

What is the difference between a Euro pallet box and a standard one?

The difference between a Euro and standard pallet boxes is their size. A standard pallet box has a 1200mm x 1000mm footprint, whereas a Euro pallet is 1200mm x 800mm.

What size are Euro pallet boxes?

The standard Euro pallet box range measures 1200mm x 800mm x 780mm. However, you can source custom-sized pallet boxes – with different heights – as required to accommodate the items you are shipping.

What is a 1/1 Europa pallet box?

A 1/1 Europa pallet box, or full Europa, is another term for Euro pallet boxes. You can also source ½ (half) Europa pallet boxes with a footprint of 800mm x 600mm.

Are Euro pallet boxes suitable for export?

Euro pallet boxes are an excellent option for exporting goods. They are strong, durable, can be stacked, and are easy to load. They can also be collapsed for return transit if required. Their standard sizing also makes them accepted by virtually all shipping and storage providers.

Can Euro pallet boxes be printed?

The standard pallet box range features common identification and handling symbols. However, you can add your company logo, product names, specific instructions, and more for large enough volumes.

Stock or custom Euro pallet boxes

Although the standard pallet boxes start from approximately £40, specific prices are not listed here for several reasons. This includes custom options potentially affecting the overall cost and considerable discounts for bulk purchasing.
