More info on Maxado Cases
Popular and fast-growing protective case manufacturer
Although established since 1995, Maxado are one of the younger plastic case manufacturers in today’s market. Despite that, they have quickly forged a reputation for high quality cases with innovative features. They now manufacture thousands of cases each week.
Their success – and the popularity of their cases – is based on a number of factors.
Utilising a high-quality polypropylene material, their injection moulding process creates plastic cases which are not only lightweight, but also surprisingly durable, hard wearing and long lasting. Their cases are also amongst the most competitively priced in the current market.
Maxado cases can also provide a level of protection appropriate for differing applications. For example, SPI cases, with their lightweight construction, are perfect for presenting samples and light duty use.
The Excellent Solid series however is considerably more robust, utilising a unique honeycomb, double wall structure to provide much higher levels of strength. As such, these cases are an ideal alternative to Peli™ type cases where full water resistance is not required.
All of the features of the Maxado case range work seamlessly too. And small details – such as the ability to mix and match the case colours with contrasting catches, or the hinges that allow for cases to remain open at 90 degrees on their own – show the levels of thought that has gone into these carry cases.
Customising Maxado Cases
Perhaps most obviously, adding custom foam inserts can provide a wealth of benefits.
This includes improving organisation of tools or equipment inside the cases, with a dedicated recess for each item. These pockets can also be in contrasting colours (shadow-board effect) to highlight if something is missing. Similarly, varying foam colours can also be used to vastly improve presentation too.
Foam inserts will also provide the highest levels of protection from shock, impact and mishandling.
When considering presentation, Maxado cases can be branded in a number of different ways too.
This includes simple options, such as affixing labels or vinyl graphics to the smooth exterior surfaces of the cases. However, these surfaces are also perfect for printing – either via basic screen (for block logos) or digital (including detailed, intricate graphics) methods. It is even possible to have photographic quality imagery moulded into the case during manufacture – a process called in mould labelling.
All of this means that whatever your intended use, Maxado cases should be a strong consideration.
