Foam Inserts For Cases
- Engineered For An Exact Product Fit
Excellence in custom foam inserts
Engineering expertise with custom foams - such as Plastazote and other expanded polyethylene materials - has been a corner stone of GWP Protective’s business since it was formed in 1990.
Using CNC routing and water-jet techniques, we can manufacture custom foam inserts for an infinite number of different products, no matter what shape or size.
GWP Protective’s production facilities are supported by an in-house design department equipped with the very latest 3D CAD system and digitising hardware. Any irregularly shaped items can be profiled straight onto the CAD system from where, following customer design approval, the same profile can be electronically transferred straight to the CNC production equipment. This guarantees a very closely engineered fit between product and foam for maximum protection.
